Growing Our Team Amid a Busy Season with CVRT and NCT Work
The last two weeks have been full on. Between difficult repair jobs, steady CVRT and NCT work, and the day-to-day running of the workshop, our website and social media updates had to take a back seat for a short while.
That is not because things have been quiet. It has been the opposite.
We have had a busy stretch with a strong mix of regular bookings, repairs, and more complex jobs that needed time, care, and experience. We have also brought in extra staff who are already proving to be great additions to the company as we continue to grow.
This update is a chance to share what has been happening behind the scenes, why the workshop has been so busy, and what the new team members mean for customers in the weeks and months ahead.
A quick thank you for the patience and support
We appreciate the patience from customers while things have been especially busy.
When calls, messages, bookings, repairs, and updates all compete for time, it can be difficult to keep everything moving perfectly. We are working hard to improve that as the team grows.
The support from regular customers, new customers, and local businesses means a lot. Every booking helps us build the company. Every recommendation helps more people find us. Every return visit tells us we are doing something right.
The last two weeks have been demanding, but they have also been encouraging. They showed us that the demand is there, the team is growing, and the next step for the business is already underway.
We are glad to have the extra staff on board, and we are looking forward to what comes next.
The website and social pages may have been quiet for a short time, but the workshop certainly was not. Now, with a stronger team in place, we are better prepared for the busy weeks ahead.
